Lisans eğitimini Ege Üniversitesi Eczacılık Fakültesi’nde 2011 yılında tamamlayan Ece Özcan Bülbül, yüksek lisansını 2013 yılında Ege Üniversitesi Eczacılık Fakültesi Analitik Kimya Programı’nda, doktorasını da 2018 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi Eczacılık Fakültesi Farmasötik Teknoloji Programı’nda tamamlamıştır. Dr. Ece Özcan Bülbül İstinye Üniversitesi Eczacılık Fakültesi Farmasötik Teknoloji Anabilim Dalı ve Teknoloji Bölüm Başkanı olarak akademik hayatına devam etmektedir.
