Task Description 

  • To operate in achieving and optimizing education and educational goals and outcomes.
  • To update educational objectives when necessary by evaluating stakeholder opinion reports.
  • To plan education programs in coordination with ÇEP-GEP.
  • To ensure and maintain the integration of the Bologna process and the educational program.
  • To plan the development of learning and teaching processes in the context of program educational objectives and outcomes.
  • To Develop suggestions on the use of effective educational techniques. To ensure and develop lesson plans and contents in accordance with program outcomes.
  • To plan the educational program according to periods.
  • To ensure the necessary arrangements for the examination application and evaluation principles with the Assessment-Evaluation Commission and to evaluate class success levels.

Task Description

  • To take into account the relevant Regulations and Directives, horizontal transfer, central placement, additional quota, summer school, etc. Performs the adjustments of students coming through placement programs such as and reports their exemption plans and submits them to the Dean.
  • To assist students who plan to go to other universities with programs like Erasmus regarding course equivalency.
  • To review the basic principles required for adjustment and exemption procedures at the beginning of each year and make recommendations to the Dean's Office.
  • To work in cooperation with other commissions and coordinators of the faculty and to ensure the creation of appropriate solution methods for relevant needs.

Task Description

  • To carry out studies to evaluate and improve the quality of education and training activities in line with the strategic plan and objectives of the institution.
  • To plan evaluation and improvement studies in line with the procedures and principles determined by the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Pharmacy Education Programs (ECZAKDER) and to submit them to the approval of the Dean's Office.
  • To participate in training, meetings, workshops and similar activities to raise awareness about the accreditation process.
  • To carry out information activities for academic-administrative staff and students about the accreditation process.
  • To plan and organize studies on structuring accreditation activities and to establish sub-working groups when necessary.
  • To work in cooperation with other commissions affiliated with the faculty and to ensure the evaluation and development of studies and to create appropriate solution methods for the relevant needs.
  • To make the necessary preparations for the application during the accreditation process, to ensure the coordinated preparation of documents and materials needed for accreditation evaluations.
  • To prepare the Faculty Self-Evaluation Report and Interim Report and submit it to the Dean's Office for approval.

Task Description

  • To plan, implement and evaluate the basic principles of the internship studies that Faculty of Pharmacy students are obliged to carry out in order to contribute to their professional development.
  • To organize the principles for students' internship studies and ensure their implementation.
  • To follow the development and supervision of internship processes. When deemed necessary, to carry out the necessary monitoring to ensure that the internship is carried out in accordance with its purpose and rules, or to ensure that the students are monitored by contacting the business where the internship is carried out and obtaining information about the student doing the internship.
  • To coordinate the evaluations of the students who have completed their internships, as a result of reviewing the internship evaluation form and internship notebooks, determining the evaluations as "successful" or "unsuccessful" and forwarding them to the Dean's Office, and posting them in the Student Automation System at the latest by the end of the semester following the internship evaluations.

Task Description

  • Comission members are responsible for the planning and execution of all purchasing processes of the faculty.
  • To ensure that the infrastructure of laboratories meets the specified standards.
  • To keep laboratory infrastructure, fixtures and consumables inventories.
