The review article, titled "Tissue adhesives: From research to clinical translation" was published in the "Nano Today" magazine (IF: 20,72) and our faculty member Dr. Ayça Bal ÖZTÜRK was the first author.
The article published in Nano Today journal is the outcome of the joint collaboration of Harvard University, Tuebingen University, Feng Chia University, Gebze Technical University, Marmara University, Eskisehir Osmangazi University, Izmir Katip Çelebi University and İstinye University. The paper presents a background on the development of distinctive tissue adhesives with a focus on the chemistry of commercially successful tissue adhesives from a clinical application perspective. It is intended to provide a guide to the innovation of tissue adhesives and their associated biomedical applications.
