The first meeting of a series of meetings entitled “'Rational Drug Use Evaluation Meeting” organized by the Turkish Ministry of Health TITCK (Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency), which will be carried out throughout Turkey, was held on July 23rd 2018 (Monday) in Giresun-Turkey. Prof. Dr. Semra Sardaş, a faculty member in the Faculty of Pharmacy at Istinye University-Turkey, was invited by TITCK to give a speech on “the side effects of antibiotics” at a seminar with participants including officials from the Provincial Health Directorate, physicians and pharmacists. We congratulate Prof. Dr. Semra Sardaş who shaared her invaluabe knowledge, and thank her for representing our University.
