Assoc. Prof. Dr. İnci Kayın talked about the criteria and important points in the use of non-prescription drugs in the event organized by the Faculty of Pharmacy about “Health Products and Nonprescription Drug Status in Turkey and the World” as a speaker.
At the beginning of the event, she gave general information about the classification of medicinal products for health, and mentioned about the differences on conditions of prescription drug sales that occurred in Turkey with other countries. In the event, the prescription drug market in the world and in Turkey's economy was illustrated by the accompanying graphs and figures. At the end of the activity, Kayın explained the benefits and risks of non-prescription drug use by associating them with the pharmacist's duties.
