The project titled Production of Wound Dressing with Centella Asiatica Plant Extract using 3D-Bioprinter prepared by Istinye University Faculty of Pharmacy 3rd year students Betül Albayrak and Melisa Gelal was accepted within the scope of TÜBİTAK 2209-B Industry-Focused Undergraduate Graduation Thesis Support Program
In the project in which Betül Albayrak is the executive and Melisa Gelal is a researcher; With the 3D-bioprinting method, it is aimed to develop a wound dressing that is biocompatible, biodegradable and will accelerate the wound healing process with Centella Asiatica extract.
The project will be conducted under the supervision of Dr. Ayça Bal Öztürk and Dr. Demet Akalgan operating in TÜBİTAK MARTEK, the industrial partner of the project will be, AdBioink Biyosistem Teknoloji A.Ş.
