Our faculty member Dr. Pharmacist Gizem Gülsoy Toplan's research article was accepted.

Head of Technology Department of our faculty, Dr. Levent ALPARSLAN made contacts with Eskişehir Regional Directorate of Forestry and Afyon Medical and Aromatic Plants Research Center in order to implement a project that will add value to our country.

He held meetings with the Regional Director of Forestry, Heads of Departments and Branches.

On Tuesday, April 12, we organized the "How Much Do You Know Your Skin" event, which is open to the participation of all our university staff, academics and students. We examined 7 different skin parameters of 24 people in one day and informed them. We will continue the event due to intense participation, interest and satisfaction.

Istinye University Faculty of Pharmacy Faculty Member Dr. Ayça BAL ÖZTÜRK's article named "Selection of natural biomaterials for micro-tissue and organ-on-chip models" was published in the "Journal of Biomedical Materials Research Part A" (IF:4.396).

Our Faculty of Pharmacy staff, Assoc. Dr. Erdem Coşkun, has been a full-time Senior Fellow of the FDA (United States Food and Drug Administration).

In the Patent Competition organized by İstinye University Technology Transfer Office (İSU TTO), Levent ALPARSLAN, Head of Pharmaceutical Technology Department of our Faculty of Pharmacy placed second in the competition with his project named as "Developing a herbal-containing sol-gel formulation to be used as a spray in burn applications and gelling with body temperature".
